Toshiba and Apple Notebooks/Desktops
Memorial University ‘s Technical Services Computer shop is a certified Toshiba and Apple Warranty repair centre for notebooks and desktops.
The repair centre does NOT repair iPods, iPhones, iPads or accessories. These have to be serviced directly through Apple. If you are having issues with these products please call Apple at 1-800-263-3394.
If you are having a hardware issue with your Toshiba or Apple notebook/desktop please call the Computer Repair Shop. Please note that software issues are not covered under hardware warranties and may be subject to an additional charge.

All other Products
All products sold at CPC carry a limited manufacturer warranty. If you are having issues with your product and it’s past the 10-business day return policy window please contact the manufacturer of your product for warranty repair or replacement. The CPC cannot replace items under your manufacturer warranty.
