Terms of Refund: * Computer software and accessories will only be taken back if unopened and not a special order. * Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on PRINTERS or COMPUTERS. *Open packages cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the merchandise is defective * Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on computer diskettes unless defective.

Servicing Products

All new hardware available at the Ryerson University Bookstore comes with a manufacturer-limited warranty. Local service providers service warranties. Please contact the Ryerson University Bookstore for specific details.

Accepted Methods of Payment

We are pleased to accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, certified cheques, traveler cheques, money orders and Interac.

Regretfully, we cannot accept any personal or company cheques. Incorporated companies, however, may open charge accounts with the bookstore.
