1. I am buying software to install on a University owned computer,

2. I am using an indent, departmental corporate card, or a speed code to buy the software, AND the software is for a lab, office or department located at or operated by a department the University of Alberta, and is not for my home use alone,

3. I am working at a university computer in my department and want to use the home extension of the university computer license. (This extension is free, please see below).

To order on indent , please note that department licenses must be on a separate indent from other purchases. This must be so because license indents must leave the store to be processed by Adobe and return much later.

HOME EXTENSION OF UNIVERSTIY COMPUTER LICENSES:

For each department license purchased, a home extension to the employee's home computer is permitted, providing the university and home machines use the same operating system. This means that either both are Mac, or both must be Windows. The home extension cannot be cross platform. Please consult with your department System Administrator to see if these home license extensions are already being used by other staff members. Also, both computers cannot be operated at the same time.
