Product Return Policies
Opened products, broken seals, Microsoft student licenses, demo products or sale items are not returnable.
Defective items returned within 14 days will be replaced or refunded with prior approval.
Unopened items returned within 14 days will be refunded.
All returns must be in their original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to non-defective, unopened items.
Servicing Products
Most new hardware purchased from the Micro Store come with a manufacturer limited warranty. Some items are serviced on campus. Local service suppliers service other warranties and some warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please contact the Micro Store for specific details.
Accepted Methods of Payment
MasterCard, Visa, Interac, or cash are all acceptable methods of payment as well as University Account PeopleSoft numbers.

We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to contact you with the correct information and give you the option to continue with the edited order or to cancel the order.

The menu on the left side of the page contains some of the educational products offered from the U of C Micro Store. To obtain a quote, simply click the item to add it to your shopping cart. If at any time you wish to view the contents of your shopping cart, simply click "view my cart" on the left menu bar.
Searchable Database
Can't find what you are looking for? Try using our searchable database to locate a product. Most educational products will begin with ed, ed-, edu or edu-. An fr at the end of the description usually indicates that this a French version. Please note that this database is used only for the purpose of providing the customer with a tool to approximate pricing.
